ANOTHER OF GOD’S WRATH THAT AWAITS THE PEOPLE OF THE EARTH IS WHEN THE FOURTH ANGEL POURED OUT HIS BOWL ON THE SUN. THE SUN WILL BE GIVEN POWER TO SCORCH PEOPLE WITH FIRE. THEY WERE SEARED BY THE INTENSE HEAT AND THEY CURSED THE NAME OF GOD, WHO HAD CONTROL OVER THESE PLAGUES, BUT THEY REFUSED TO REPENT AND GLORIFY HIM.
(Rev 16:8-9) “The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him.”
THE BIBLE SAYS THAT IN SPITE OF PLAGUES MEN REFUSED TO REPENT AND GLORIFIED GOD.
(Rev 9:20-21) “The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood—idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts.”
FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST, WE ARE NOT DESTINED FOR GOD’S WRATH!
(1Thes 5:9) “For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.”
BEFORE THAT EVENT HAPPENS, CHRIST WILL TAKE US OUT OF THIS WORLD AND SO WE WILL BE WITH HIM FOREVER AND EVER.
(1Thes 4:16-18) “For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.”
FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.
(John 3:16) “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
(JOHN 3:18) “HE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM IS NOT CONDEMNED; BUT HE WHO DOES NOT BELIEVE IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, BECAUSE HE HAS NOT BELIEVED IN THE NAME OF THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD.”
