THE LAW IS NOT MADE FOR THE RIGHTEOUS BUT FOR THE UNRIGHTEOUS AND FOR WHATEVER ELSE THAT IS CONTRARY TO THE GOSPEL OF GOD’S GRACE THAT CHRIST REVEALED TO THE APOSTLE PAUL. (1Ti 1:9-11) We also know that law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers—and FOR WHATEVER ELSE IS CONTRARY TO THE SOUND DOCTRINE that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.
WHATEVER THE LAW SAYS, IT SAYS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNDER LAW OR THE UNBELIEVING WORLD. (Rom 3:19) “Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.”
REMEMBER, THERE IS A “RIGHTEOUSNESS” FROM GOD, APART FROM LAW; THIS RIGHTEOUSNESS FROM GOD COMES THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST TO ALL WHO BELIEVE. (Rom 3:21-24) “But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”
YOU SEE, IN CHRIST, WE ARE MADE RIGHTEOUS IN CHRIST; JUSTIFIED FREELY BY GRACE. FOR THIS REASON, WE ARE NO LONGER UNDER LAW BUT UNDER GRACE. (Rom 6:14-15) “For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not!”
IT IS THEREFORE INCUMBENT UPON THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST TO KNOW THE “GOSPEL OF GOD’S GRACE” REVEALED BY CHRIST TO THE APOSTLE PAUL, FOR THIS IS THE DOCTRINE MEANT FOR US WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS. (Gal 1:11-12) “I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached is not something that man made up. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”
(Act 20:24) However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the Gospel of God’s Grace.
Please bear with me for using all capital letters for my comments and small letters for my bible verses. You see, Facebook does not allow bold, italics or the use of different fonts. I tried using all caps for my bible verses and small letters for my comments, but it looked awkward. Thank you for your understanding.
