“BE STRONG IN THE GRACE THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS” IS A BIBLICAL MANDATE FOR ALL PASTORS. (2Tim 2:1) “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”

BELIEVERS ARE ADMONISHED TO SET OUR HOPE FULLY ON THE GRACE TO BE GIVEN WHEN JESUS CHRIST IS REVEALED.
(1Pet 1:13) “Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.”

FURTHERMORE, BELIEVERS ARE ADMONISHED TO GROW IN THE GRACE AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. (2Pe 3:18a) “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

WHEN JESUS SAID, “YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH, AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE”, HE WAS NOT REFERRING TO THE LAW, BUT TO “GOD’S GRACE”. (John 8:32) “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

THE DOCTRINE OF GOD’S GRACE WAS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED IN THE “GOSPEL OF GOD’S GRACE” REVEALED BY THE EXALTED CHRIST TO THE APOSTLE PAUL. (Gal 1:11-12) “I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached is not something that man made up. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”

IN FACT, THE APOSTLE PAUL DEDICATED HIS LIFE IN COMPLETING THE TASK THE LORD JESUS HAS GIVEN HIM—THE TASK OF TESTIFYING TO THE GOSPEL OF GOD’S GRACE. (Act 20:24) “However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the Gospel of God’s Grace.”

IT IS THEREFORE A MUST FOR EVERY PASTOR TO “BE STRONG IN THE GRACE THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS”!

IF THE APOSTLE PAUL ADVISED YOUNG PASTOR TIMOTHY HIS CONSIDERED SON IN THE FAITH, TO “BE STRONG IN THE GRACE THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS”, DON’T YOU THINK ALL PASTORS MUST TAKE HEED OF HIS ADMONITION? (2Tim 2:1) “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.”

Please bear with me for using all capital letters for my comments and small letters for my bible verses. You see, Facebook does not allow bold, italics or the use of different fonts. I tried using all caps for my bible verses and small letters for my comments, but it looked awkward. Thank you for your understanding.
